Steven W. Gray
Chief Operating Officer
Steven Gray became Chief Operating Officer in July 2007. Prior to his appointment,
Gray was Senior Vice President of National Markets and spent eight years with Harte-Hanks
Inc., a global leader in the direct marketing industry. During his time at Harte-Hanks,
Gray was responsible for generating new business across all verticals. From 1994
to 1998, Gray held an array of sales and marketing positions at Moore Response Marketing
Services, a publicly held direct marketing organization. In all of these positions,
Gray’s recognized by employers and colleagues alike for his exceptional knowledge
of direct marketing CRM. Gray is a seasoned sales professional who has managed large
sales organizations and changed their focus from products sales to a solutions-oriented
approach. He is a strong communicator, developing close relationships with customers.
Raised in Southern California, Gray attended California State University, Fullerton
and is married with three boys. |

Melissa Chyba
Vice President of National Sales
Melissa Chyba became Vice President of National Sales in August 2007. Chyba will
take a lead role in the company’s efforts in realigning its national sales
organization and improving top line revenue growth. Chyba is a client-focused and
performance-driven leader. Prior to her appointment at Money Mailer, Chyba was a
District Sales Manager with Advo where she was responsible for a large sales team
that generated more than $40 million in annual sales. While with Advo, Chyba was
awarded with the Excellence in Leadership Award in 2005. Chyba’s impressive
sales career first began in 1995 as account executive and regional sales manager
of Harte-Hanks PennySaver in Torrance, CA and as general sales manager at Trader
Publishing Company in San Diego, CA. At Trader Publishing Company she was responsible
for leadership of a 35 member sales team and consistently created, developed and
implemented strategic plans to generate new revenue in a mature market. While with
Harte-Hanks, Chyba received recognition for several honors including Star Performer
and Highest Account Retention Award, and first place winner for several sales contests.
Chyba brings an impressive 13 years experience in record achieving revenues, profit
and business growth within turnaround and rapid-change environments to the table.
Her mission is to take Money Mailer to the next level. Chyba earned her Bachelor’s
of Science degree in business management from the University of Phoenix and resides
in Newport Beach, California. |

Ray Owens
Director of Integrated Solutions
Ray Owens, Director of Integrated Solutions brings 24 years of sales, management,
IT and database management experience to Money Mailer. He has been
on board since 2006 when Money Mailer purchased his company, DX Marketing from him
and two other partners. Owens is responsible for growing and cultivating the
one-to-one direct marketing segment of Money Mailer's business. In 2006, Owens
was named Team Member of the Year in the Money Mailer Direct Response division.
In 2007, he received the Award of Excellence for his contributions to the one-to-one
business. From 1992 to 2006, Owens was partner and Vice President of Sales
and Marketing of DX Marketing, a direct marketing company and was responsible for
sales growth within the company. While with DX Marketing, Owens coordinated
the company’s data analysis, implemented and grew the mapping and analytics
group and was responsible for growing sales more than 1000 percent. From 1987-1992,
Owens was Controller and Operations Manager for Capstar Hotels, a hotel management
company. He was part of the training and technology group that would reorganize
accounting and major hotel computer systems. From 1984-1987, he held the position
of Manager of Information Systems for Stouffer Hotels, an upscale business and convention
hotel group. Owens managed the integration of computer systems of all
hotel operational departments and the implementation of personal computers and applicable
software. He also served on the opening task group for Stouffer Corporate
and traveled the country opening hotels in Denver, Baltimore, Atlanta and Orlando. |

Todd Peets
Director of Food Category Sales
Todd Peets was named Director of National Sales, Food Categories with Money Mailer Direct Marketing in May 2008. In this role, Peets heads national sales for food and restaurant clients. Peets’ primary responsibilities include working with the Money Mailer National Sales Team to develop and execute strategies that increase the company’s total business within the food category. Peets joins the company with more than 15 years of food advertising and marketing experience focused in the retail and restaurant industries. Most recently, Peets owned Peets Brokerage Company, and held key positions at ADVO, Inc. and Catalina Marketing Corporation. Earlier in Peets’ career he was an account executive and sales representative with the Nabisco Biscuit Company and worked with Ralph’s Grocery Company. Peets received his MBA in 2002 from Pepperdine University and earned his Bachelors degree in Finance from San Diego State University in 1992. He currently resides in Mission Viejo, California. |

Thomas W. McKnight
Director of National Sales
Tad McKnight, Director of National Sales, brings 17 years of sales management,
strategic selling, project management, advertising and marketing experience. McKnight
comes most recently from ADVO, where he was an award-winning district sales director
responsible for 10 sales representatives, new multi-million-dollar contracts and
developed new sales strategies. From 2001 2003, McKnight was the Regional Healthcare
Director at Moore North America, a Fortune 500 business forms manufacturer, responsible
for a staff of sales and customer service representatives, while achieving sales
success. From 1997 2001, he was Division Sales Manager with Corporate Express Document
and Print Management where he directed all facets of a multi-state sales and distribution
operation. McKnight held sales manager and account representative positions at Uarco
Incorporated from 1995 1997. From 1991 1995, he was an account executive with United
Parcel Service. McKnight earned his a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University
of Phoenix in Englewood, Colo. |

Sally Park
Director of Client Services
Sally Park, Director of Client Services brings 28 years of direct marketing experience
to Money Mailer. She has been on board since 2006 when Money Mailer purchased DX
Marketing where she held the position of Director of Direct Marketing Services.
Park is responsible for all national and regional sales support activities, account
planning, customer development, national and regional account representative support.
She also provides coordinated and consultative customer service solutions to the
National Sales team on all related activities. Park has served clients in many different
industry verticals including – financial, hospitality, aviation and real estate.
She prides herself in working closely with all clients and sales representatives
to guide each on their direct marketing needs. Park is actively involved in implementing
and overseeing the process and production of their campaigns. Park’s marketing
career began in 1980 with Southern Marketing Services, where she held several positions
including Office Manager, Customer Service Representative and Vice President. In
1997, Southern Marketing Services merged with DX Marketing. Park earned her a Bachelor
of Science degree from Western Illinois University.

John Gramata
Director of Marketing Analytics
John Gramata is an experienced direct marketing professional, recognized for his expertise in CRM, database marketing, analytics, and client services. Over the course of his career he has had the opportunity to bring direct marketing programs to a multitude of high profile business-to-business, and business-to-consumer clients within the technology, mortgage and automotive sectors. By understanding market segments and interpreting company goals he has proven success with accurately developing business cases, managing complex marketing programs, managing data flow as well as bringing standardized analytics packages to multiple Fortune 500 companies.
John’s experience has been valued by numerous high profile organizations and agencies including Lincoln-Mercury, Jaguar, Land Rover, Nissan, Infiniti, Mitsubishi, Mazda, Toyota, Ditech.com, Gateway Computers, Harte-Hanks, The Marketing Store and Young & Rubicam. He holds a Master’s of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Marketing from National University, as well as Bachelor’s degree in Cognitive Psychology from the University of California at Irvine.

Mely D. Silverio, Ph.D.
Sr. Database Analyst
Mely Silverio became Sr. Database Analyst in February 2008. In this capacity, Silverio
is responsible for the multivariate predictive analytics and statistical modeling
in the department. She completed her Ph.D. (2000) and M.A. (1992) in Sociology at
the University of Hawaii at Manoa as a grantee of the East-West Center Population
Program and a fellow of the Population Council (New York) and Population Reference
Bureau (Washington, D.C.). Before coming to the U.S. in 1989, Silverio also finished
an M.A. in Demography (1987) and a B.S. in Statistics (1984) at the University of
the Philippines-Diliman. Silverio’s areas of expertise focus on socioeconomic
and statistical demography, multivariate statistics, and Population Studies/Demography.
Prior to joining Money Mailer, Silverio worked in the HIV/AIDS prevention and youth
social service fields in Los Angeles and San Gabriel. Before that, Silverio was
a professorial lecturer in graduate-level courses in social statistics, SPSS, research
methods, and development studies at the University of the Philippines-Diliman and
De La Salle University in Manila. She also conducted research consultancy for various
non-government and academic institutions in the Philippines. Silverio and her husband
Rick live in Whittier, California. |
